GrepWin also allows you to search and replace strings of information within your text, PHP, HTML, CSS, Word documents and so much more.  This is the simplest way to look for incorrect spellings, incorrect text, incorrect code.  GrepWin is a great alternative giving you control to find and replace incorrect information.

What's more, GrepWin integrates into the right click function of Windows shell giving you the power to select the folder or file instantly and do a quick search.  Once inside the search results, simply double click or right click again and select how you wish to open the file you need to make fixes to.
