LifetimeUpgrades.com has downloaded and installed Picture Merge Genius Version 2.8.1 on Windows XP, Windows Vista 32, and Windows 7 64-bit operating systems using the default settings by the developer. The install proceeded perfectly and we were then faced with a modern and friendly user interface.
Picture Merge Genius was an eay to use piece of software with a few editing options. The software itself allowed us to place six Windows default pictures onto a single sheet of paper for printing. This version gave us the option to follow an easy to understand wizard type of screen to lead us step by step through the image merging process.
There wasn't many editing functions with this software except for a cut selection and the ability to add text to our new image. But the software does not claim be an editor either so all in all, we were pleased with the simplicity and speed of the software learning curve.
Picture Merge Genius also claims to support approximately 40 different type of image inputs. If you are looking for a piece of image merging software, that is easy to use and does what is advertised, this may be a great selection for you.
We have found the software is updated frequently and has a good email support system. The software itself seems to be activated through the internet using a specific machine code that must be copied to the registration and claims to have your code to you almost instantly.
